Shipping to Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands)
Orders weighing up to 2kg (including packaging etc) will be dispatched via Royal Mail, Second Class at a cost of £3.20 per order.
All orders weighing more than 2kg will be dispatched via our chosen courier, usually Hermes or Parcelforce at a cost of £5.95 per order.
Orders over £50 will be delivered free of charge.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer free delivery to the Highlands and Islands.
Shipping to Outside the UK – We are currently only able to deliver within the UK.

Damaged Goods:
Any parcels that are delivered damaged or split boxes must be signed for as damaged, we are unable to replace or refund any items that have a signature as received in good condition. Please see our terms and conditions.
Our delivery rates are dictated by carriers who set the charges. We try to get the best possible rates and will continue to update our rates on a regular basis.

We can only accept online payments from customers living within the UK.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days in the condition that they were supplied (unopened and unused)
The customer is responsible for arranging return, and all the return costs
